Who we are

Eagle Cars is an independent vehicle dealer located at 17815 E. Appleway Ave., Spokane Valley, Washington 99016. You can reach us at 509-596-9922 or evan@eaglecarsnw.com. This policy covers eaglecars.com and the forms on it. It does not cover any other website you may reach by following a link from ours.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you type into it. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your name, mobile number, email address, and state
• Details about a vehicle you are interested in
• Details about a vehicle you want to trade or sell, including VIN, mileage, condition, accident history, and whether there is a loan or lease on it
• Anything else you choose to write in a message or comments field

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, how you arrived, and how you moved through the site.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies to keep it working properly and to understand how it is used. Specifically:

• Meta Pixel. We run advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel tells us which ads led to visits and enquiries, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the site. You can manage what Meta collects at Meta’s Privacy Center.
• Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Used to measure traffic and understand which pages people find useful. You can opt out of Google’s advertising personalisation at Google Ad Settings.
• Hosting. This site is hosted by Webflow, which processes standard server logs on our behalf.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do. We honour browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where we are required to.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and check the consent box, you agree to receive text messages and phone calls from Eagle Cars about your enquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell phone numbers.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade customer lists.

We share information only where it is needed to run the business:

• Service providers who host the website, deliver our email and text messages, and help us measure advertising. They may only use the information to provide that service to us.
• Advertising platforms — Meta and Google — receive website activity data through the tracking described above.
• Transport, titling and registration providers when you buy a vehicle and we need to deliver or register it.
• Lenders, only if you specifically ask us to pass your details along. Otherwise you apply with them directly and we never see the application.
• Where we are required to by law, court order, or to protect against fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and appraisal information for as long as it is useful to answer you and follow up. We keep sale records for as long as tax, titling and warranty law requires. You can ask us to delete information we are not legally required to keep.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection and access to form submissions is limited to people at Eagle Cars who need it. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. The most important safeguard is the one described above: we do not collect financial or identity information on this site, so there is none here to lose.

Your choices and rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Tell you what information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, subject to records we must legally keep
• Stop contacting you for marketing purposes

Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the right not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly rather than slipped in.
