New Lancia Ypsilon Presents!
Lancia has released the first official pictures and information on the new Ypsilon. The new model will be sold in certain markets under the Chrysler logo, and in Italy will be marketed by Lancia. Ypsilon model will officially debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March.

New Lancia Ypsilon will be presented in Geneva in March and will be available starting this summer. The new hatchback model is based on the Fiat 500, but has a 300 mm longer wheelbase, passenger space is thus improve considerably. The new model has a length of 3.84 m.
Ypsilon model benefits from new seats thinner, they have been implemented to improve the Fiat interior space. new technology is implemented for the first time Ypsilon model.
Regarding the engines, the new Lancia Ypsilon will be available with three engines: a 1.3-liter diesel and two petrol engines of 1.2, 0.9 liters respectively. Diesel engine of 0.9 liters and the promise TwinAir emissions under 100 g CO2 per kilometer.
Lancia will present at the Geneva Motor Show Chrysler 200 and 300, but under the logo and the new Italian manufacturer Lancia Flavia. The Theme (Chrysler 300) will be available with 3.6-liter V6, it develops maximum output of 292 hp and 350 Nm of torque.
Sales of the Lancia Ypsilon are scheduled to commence in late 2011 or early 2012. Plans for a U.S. launch of the Ypsilon are yet to be confirmed.
Excluding the UK, Lancia is also the new face of Chrysler in Europe and will present a few of the rebadged models at the forthcoming Geneva Motor Show like the new Lancia Thema, Flavia and Grand Voyager.
Although pricing details are yet to be announced, the new Lancia Ypsilon is expected to cost above £10,000.
