The Dodge Ram 3500 is the one-ton heavy-duty Dodge pickup. The boldly styled Ram replaced the previous Dodge pickup in 1994 and for 1998, the Quad Cab was added.
The Dodge Ram 3500 light-duty pickups are smooth and refined. Their cabs are comfortable and convenient, among the roomiest in their respective classes. The Quad Cab is handy for hauling friends and family but even the Regular Cab is roomy.

The Ram 3500 provides something for everyone with the choice of two engines, three cab styles (regular, Quad and Mega cabs), two wheelbases, single or dual rear wheels and either 4x2 or 4x4 drive types. When properly equipped the Ram 3500 can tow up to 16,850 lbs. Available safety features include dual front airbags, curtain airbags, and stability control and anti-lock brakes.
The 2008 Ram 3500 Regular Cab is a 2-door, up to 3-passenger full size pickup, available in three trims, ranging from the ST LWB to the SLT LWB. Upon introduction, both trims are equipped with a standard 5.7-liter, I6, 330-horsepower, turbo, diesel engine. A 6-Speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard. The 2008 Ram 3500 Regular Cab is a carryover from 2007.
