2004 Chrysler Concorde LXI sedan 4dr automatic
Chrysler's full-size sedan got an early redefinition as a 2004 model but was unchanged except for option-group tweaks. Concorde offers LX, LXI, and Limited trim. It shares it’s under skin design with the Dodge Intrepid and Chrysler's sporty 300M near-luxury sedan. Concorde seats five, or six with the front bench optional on LXI. The LXI a 234-hp 3.5-liter V6. All use a 4-speed automatic transmission and have 4-wheel disc brakes. ABS is standard on Limited, optional on LX and LXI. Traction control is standard on Limited and included in the LXI Luxury Touring option. Front side airbags are optional on all. For '04, the Limiter’s Luxury Group package is renamed Premium Discount Group and now includes a sunroof and in-dash CD changer; it retains real-wood interior trim. Concorde's performance and accommodations mirror those of like-equipped Dodge Intrepid. Concorde will be phased out in spring 2004 and replaced by the new rear-drive 2005.
